This Florida Life exists to explore the magnificent world of living in Florida. Many people are passionate about traveling. I certainly fall into that category. Rather than making it my mission to explore the world at large, I started This Florida Life in July 2012 as a way for me to explore my own backyard. This Florida Life exists for anyone who wants to explore Florida, either as a visitor, a resident, or a daydreamer.
Since the start of This Florida Life, I also contribute to other websites as a freelance writer. I enjoy sharing my love of Orlando and the entirety of Florida with the world.

I agree with you, Florida has so much to offer to the tourists. Your Orlando for Universal studio, Hollywood studio, Disney downtown, and above all NASA and the word famous beaches are the few to mention.

I can’t wait to move back to Florida someday! I lived there for a year during my Disney College Program and fell in love with the people, the climate (I’m from the snow belt…ick!) and the beauty! I love it, and am so excited to explore your site! I’m the same way – love to travel (Florida is our top favorite destination!) and love to blog about travel… but I just don’t get to do enough of it.
